Design mold: Based on the external dimensions and internal structure of the product, create an injection mold. Mold design needs to consider the molding shrinkage and elasticity of TPE to ensure dimensional accuracy and surface quality of the parts.

Feeding preheating: TPE or premixed material is added to the hopper of the injection molding machine, and the temperature is adjusted through the temperature controller inside the hopper to achieve the appropriate melting temperature of the material, usually requiring heating to around 150-180 ℃.

Shrinkage and cooling: Due to its elasticity, TPE needs to wait for a certain period of time in the mold for cooling and cooling after forming, allowing the parts to slowly shrink from the mold to ensure the accuracy of product size and shape.
