1. Raw material preparation: Select high-quality polystyrene particles as raw materials to ensure the performance and appearance of the product. Before injection molding, it is necessary to heat the particles to the melting temperature, usually 180-240 degrees Celsius.

2. Melt injection molding: Inject polystyrene particles that have been heated to the melting temperature into the barrel of the injection molding machine. The injection molding machine pushes particles into the high-pressure area through screws, causing them to melt and become injectable melt. After reaching a certain injection pressure, the melt enters the mold cavity through the nozzle in the mold.

3. Mold design: The key to injection molding lies in the design of the mold, which should be reasonably designed according to the requirements of the product. The mold temperature is usually controlled between 40-50 ℃.

Cooling and solidification: After injection molding, it is necessary to wait for a certain period of time for cooling to allow the polystyrene plastic to cool, solidify, and reach the specified hardness and size. The cooling speed of PS is faster than that of ordinary raw materials, so the mold opening time can be earlier.

4. Product demolding: After cooling and hardening, the polystyrene product is taken out of the mold and cooled naturally until it reaches room temperature. Then, the mold is removed and discharged.
