In the whole process of injection molding, the temperature of the melted raw materials in the grinding tool is generally in the middle of 150~350 ° C, but because the temperature of the grinding tool is generally 40~120 ° C, the heat generated by the molding raw materials will slowly increase the temperature of the grinding tool. On the other hand, because the heating nozzle of the plastic machine is in direct contact with the sprue shaft sleeve of the abrasive tool, the temperature of the nozzle is higher than the abrasive tool temperature, and the abrasive tool temperature will also rise. If you do not find ways to bring unnecessary heat, the temperature of the grinding tool will rise again, which will harm the cooling and drying of the formed product. Conversely, if too much heat is brought from the grinding tool, the temperature of the grinding tool will be reduced, and the quality of the molding product will be harmed.

For plastics with low viscosity and good circulation (such as high-pressure polyethylene, polyethylene, ABS, etc.), the temperature of plastic molds is generally low (generally not less than 80 ° C);

For plastics with high viscosity and poor circulation (such as polycarbonate, polysulfone, polyphenyl ether, etc.) in order to improve filling characteristics, or plastic molds are large, and the total heat removal area is wide, etc., the plastic molds must not only set a refrigeration system, but also set a heating system software to facilitate the heating of abrasive tools before injection molding.
